As a Daikin Comfort Pro, all our Daikin equipment comes with Daikin’s 12-year parts warranty and a matching 12-year labour warranty. Cole Air Contracting will also service heat pumps installed by other contractors, as well as commercial HVAC systems, which includes many other brands of heat pumps. If you need a service call, please reach out anytime!
Before we book your service call, make sure to check our FAQ pages to ensure your issue isn’t normal operation or something simple like a system reset is required.
If a service call is required, please follow these steps to get your system back up and running:

Call and book a diagnostic appointment with one of our trained service technicians. Diagnostic fees may or may not be applicable.

Technician visits site, assesses the operation of the unit and performs diagnosis. The report is then forwarded to our office, the client and then the warranty process begins.

If parts are required, they will be ordered and follow up appointment will be scheduled to install the replacement parts.

Cole Air will submit claim for reimbursement from the supplier.
Please note:
* All service calls will need to be secured with a credit card within 48 hours via an encrypted link we send via email or text. Failure to secure your booking with credit card will result in a cancellation of your appointment.
** Refrigerant is often an extra charge, and varies based on brand and service for the unit being repaired.
*** All units installed since January 1, 2024 by Cole Air Contracting will have a no charge diagnostic fee unless there are no warranty related issues reported, which would make the diagnostic fee payable by the customer. Units installed before January 1, 2024 or units installed by other contractors will be responsible for a diagnostic fee of $129.99 for units installed by Cole Air Contracting and $199.99 for units installed by other contractors.
