My wife and I were interested in installing mini splits in our home. Like so many we knew there is a lot contractors & brand names. We decided to get multiple quotes from different contractors. Upon receiving our quotes; we decided to go with Cole Air & the rebate process.

Our first contact was with Glen Upshall (owner) who came to our home and explained all the details; location, size and btu size that’s required. Glen was very knowledgeable with his 20 years in business; and Cole Air being in operation of close to 20 years.

Cole Air has a full office staff along with a highly skilled team of professional technicians. Once we received our quote; we were very pleased and went directly to their Mount Pearl office.

Upon arrival we were introduced to Michael Connors (office manager). Michael was very knowledgeable and very friendly; which goes a long way. He introduced us to the rest of the staff; whom of which are great; and friendly.

The office had greatly explained in detail the entire rebate process; Michael provided an install date and they arrived when they said they were; within less than two weeks we had our mini splits installed.

The installers were very efficient with Sidney Morgan (Cole Air Owner) making sure everything was installed appropriately and up to code. The workers finished the same day.

I had the pleasure of meeting Adam Downey; whom of which of 8 refrigeration mechanics. He said if I had any concerns to reach out to the office for immediate assistance, as they would address my concerns.

My wife and I are very happy that we chose Cole Air as our contractor for the mini split installation; for this we give 5 stars for all the amazing hard work done by everyone at Cole Air Contracting!
